Designing Your Dream Home

Do you have plans or an idea of your perfect home? We partner with several plan sites and architects that can assist with the planning phase to design your dream home.

All plans can be altered to reach the exact specifications for your family.  Additionally, most plans can be changed to meet HOA guidelines and restrictions while maintaining your specific needs.

We are licensed in the state of GA.  We build primarily in Douglas, Fulton, and Cobb but can build in other counties.  Let’s find the perfect place for your family’s home.

Financing Your Build

Are you using cash or a lending institution to fund the build of your dream home?   If so, we are approved for local lenders that have construction to perm products.  WilKi Homes has been vetted and added to the approved vendors’ lists at the lending institutions Amerist Bank and Truist Bank (link below), so you can compare rates.  We recommend one of the following options to finance building your home:
